Sampler Bag

Or don’t have enough room for a bulk purchase? That's OK, we have you covered!  Our sampler bag has an excellent variety of roasts, steaks and ground beef.  Each bag weighs 20-21 lbs and will come with 10 packages of ground beef, 1-2 roasts, 2-3 packages of steaks and other cuts. Roast cuts are rump, shoulder, sirloin and chuck, can also include tri tip or brisket. Steak cuts are sirloin, ribeye , t-bone and filet/tenderloin. We guarantee a premium steak i.e. ribeye, t-bone or filet in every bag.  To make sure the sampler is up to weight other cuts will be used like, flap steak, flank steak, skirt steak, flat iron, cube steak, stew meat and/or ribs.
