Beef Shares

    We currently offer 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef shares. Pricing is calculated from the rail weight or hanging weight of the carcass at the time it is processed.  Pricing is as follows (All deposits will be deducted from the final balance when delivered or picked up) 1/4 Beef Share is $5.35/lb on rail weight with a $250 deposit to reserve  1/2  Beef Share is $5.20/lb on rail weight with a $500 deposit to reserve Whole Beef Share is $5.10/lb on rail weight with a $1000 deposit to reserve Our quarter beef shares come with our standard cut and have limited options for customization. 1/2 and Whole beef shares can be fully customized.  With our beef shares, you will receive premium grass fed and finished beef that has been dry aged at a small family-owned USDA inspected facility.  Approximately 50% of a share will be steaks, roasts and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef.
