Beautiful Light: A Sparkling Molasses Cookie (half-dozen)

Fun fact: The molasses cookie is a Black cookie. No, not the color. It's literally part of African American History. Our first foray into molasses cookies was a soft and chewy delight named Hey Auntie - part of our first Black History Month Box. The Beautiful Light Cookie is adorned with brilliant white sanding sprinkles and flavored with a deep molasses and our own chai spice blend. The cookie takes its name from a line in a cherished African American Christmas hymn, "Jesus, the Light of the World." Sold by the dozen.
