The Standard Competitor line is one step down whilst still retaining full modularity, but the saddles feature a simpler design aesthetic than the Signatures. If customization is important to you, consider building your own custom WOW Saddle, or stepping back a few levels to WOW's DMK line, which allows limited customization options
