The wrap boards don’t have “Auto-MDI”, so if you are connecting it directly to another device rather than to a hub or switch you might need a cross-over cable. (If the other device is 10 or 100Mbit ethernet you will typically need a cross-over cable, if it’s gigabit you will typically NOT need a cross-over cable, but it will work either way).
