The AER Frame is the official foundation of the Aero Elite Racing spec-class platform, designed for pilots who demand professional performance, strength, and balance. Made from T700 carbon fiber, the frame includes four carbon fiber hex arms and two precision-cut top & bottom plates for exceptional rigidity with minimal weight. The hex-arm geometry improves torsional stiffness and crash resistance while keeping flight characteristics predictable and race-ready. Each kit ships with a full high-strength hardware set so you can build to competition standards right out of the box. An optional TPU accessory kit (arm inserts, camera pod, protective mounts) can be purchased separately or 3D printed.
