This blend combines two washed South American coffees which provide body and hint of acidity with a natural-processed Ethiopian coffee to round out the coffee with a pleasant plum and ripe berry sweetness. At the roastery, we enjoy this coffee as espresso or as a bold black drip coffee when we’re looking to start the day with a bang.
