Kelly, from 5 Island Spa Co. in Emmetsburg, wrote this poem when she had some friends struggling with extreme grief and struggled with ways to show them love and support. She reached out to me to see if I would be interested making this into a candle. This candle is to give to those who you can't physically be there for, but you want to support them in their time of sorrow.Keeper of the LightWhen the world feels dark,And hope so far away.I’ll carry your faith to guide the way.And until you are ready to let life shine bright,I’ll be right here, the keeper of your light.The poem's meaning is that while they fall apart, you will hold the light for them, believe in a beautiful future when they can barely face tomorrow and carry hope for them when they feel hopeless.
