BLOCK has no vented panels - it is constructed of quiet, light, tough, breathable, water repellent 4-way stretch woven fabric throughout.     BLOCK has a silicon-gripper infused, wide, stretchy, cinchless, wicking, waistband, it causes no pressure on the wearers gut as she reaches for the handlebars. The tethers are high-visibility red, with large, easier to use metal snaps. Stretch slash pockets prevent their contents from bouncing around. Clean lines, slim, just-above-the-knee fit.
