Another gem from our farm-direct relationship with High Peak and Finca Santa Isabel this is a coffee you won't want to miss! While coffee market prices have been a struggle to navigate this year, Alejandro and his family have been such a pleasure to work with in a fair and equitable way. This coffee punches far above its price point, we're thrilled to be able to offer this limited-stock coffee—grab some while it lasts!  Hailing from the same farm as our washed process, these Peaberry trees are grown at an even higher elevation and are further naturally processed for a wonderfully balanced and fruit-forward cup. We get lots of red fruit on the aroma and in the cup sweetness abounds. Notes of dark chocolate covered strawberries, cake, and a wonderful aftertaste that lingers in the best way!  While this coffee has proved delicious in all brewing methods, manual filter brews have been among our favorites!  Located at the highlands of the San Miguel Volcano, a cool and naturally shady clima
