Check out our newest decaf coffee in the lineup! Hailing from the wonderful Chiapas state of Mexico, this coffee has that signature chocolaty profile that the region is known for, with a nice balanced finish. It is decaffeinated using Mexico's own Mountain Water Process—a well established method that is quite similar to the Swiss Water we have had for years.  As is customary when adding a new coffee to the lineup, Alex the roaster will take the coffee home and live with it for a while. This Mexico decaf left him floored, at no point did the cup reveal that it was decaffeinated via taste—instead it was nothing but the bliss of an evening coffee and the blessing of a great night sleep!  If you fell in love with our Colombia Swiss Water decaf, we're sure you'll enjoy this one! It performs wonderfully in all brewing methods.
