Tanzania | Tembo Tembo

It's been a while since we've had a coffee like this wonderful one from Tanzania! It has the kind of balanced sparkling juicy acidity that just can't seem to be found in too many Central and South American varietals. If you love balanced, easy to drink, and forgiving to brew coffees that keep you engaged at every sip—give this one a try! Being a fully washed coffee, the cup profile is very familiar and the fruitiness on the more subtle side. Perfect for anyone dipping their toes into the more exotic side of coffee without wanting to go for something natural or experimentally processed. That said, for the experienced brewer, there is still quite a lot of dynamism to be found in this coffee! We have found this to be a surprisingly forgiving coffee to brew—even when we messed up a pour over or accidentally tared a scale mid-shot our "best guess" still resulted in a fabulous cup.
