Atelier Petites are individually crafted, single-serve mousse cakes designed with the precision and balance of fine-dining desserts. Each piece features smooth, sculptural finishes, layered flavors, and seasonal components—elegant in appearance and delicate in texture. Created in small batches from our atelier, these petite desserts are ideal for catered events, tastings, and refined gatherings, offering a polished, thoughtful finish in a perfectly portioned form.SizeEach cake serves one and is 2.75" in size.
