HOJICHA CAKE BOX

Hojicha was the first tea and flavor profile that we worked with. It was such an underrated flavor at the time — with notes of caramel and toastiness. This cake is made with a Valrhona hojicha milk tea mousse, dark cocoa cake and a white chocolate crunch. Topped with cacao nibs.
