Our Yuzu Cake is light, buttery, and ever so tangy - imagine spring in a bite. This cake is made with a vanilla bean fresh cream, vanilla chiffon, yuzu marmalade, and yuzu curd.  SizeCakes are 6" in width and serve between 4-8 guests. Serving size will vary depending on slice size. Storage + Serving TipsKeep refrigerated immediately upon receipt. Best consumed within 1 day. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Please do not freeze. Transportation TipsPlease ensure cakes are placed on a level surface at all times and avoid sun exposure.
