This coffee comes from the Gedeb district within Yirgacheffe and was double fermented -- meaning the beans were originally fermented in their mucilage for 48 to 72 hours and then again after washing for 12 to 24 hours. The resulting coffee is a full flavored coffee with lots of florals and stone fruit. Harvested Late 2024 - Early 2025. Heirloom Varieties. 1950-2300 MASL. Washed. Imported by Falcon Coffees.
