Derbi Variant Start

Fresh off the boat from Spain!  1990 Derbi Variant Start with the legendary Flat Reed engine and unique decal set.  This bike has a little over 12000 km on the odometer and is very clean for its age. It appears to have been very well kept. It has a small registration booklet and the original seat lock key! Starts easily, runs and stops. Feels healthy and sounds great with the Metrakit exhaust. Would be an excellent candidate for a 47mm Airsal kit. You could totally just leave it alone though since a stock Flat Reed is already very nice and still one of the quickest mopeds you can own. Unfortunately does have a small dent in the rear rim. Turn signals are intact but at least one will need repair or replacing. They are a rarity to have at all. The chrome fork covers are of course cracked.  This is an unrestored and very uncommon Derbi to find in the USA. We have not fully serviced this bike. It is here now exactly like it was when it was shipped from Spain. We even left the cool stickers
