BOURBON BARREL AGED IV
Introducing Dozer's fourth selection of our barrel age series: Barrel Aged IV. A barrel aged, whole bean, honey processed single origin sourced coffee from Papua New Guinea. These beans were dry aged in a Corsair Distillery Tennessee Single Malt barrel for 6 weeks, and then roasted to a medium level. This Corsair barrel was freshly dumped when it arrived and tasted very barrel forward when tasting BA IV right off the first roast. As the beans rested and degassed for a week the complex flavors opened up to a nice mix of barrel and bourbon with a syrupy body.
