Barrel Aged 3.5 Blend - 8oz

Barrel Aged 3.5 Whole bean blend of a bourbon barrel aged El Salvador that's mixed with a washed Indonesia bean after being roasted. The El Salvador beans were dry aged in a Wild Turkey whiskey barrel for 8 weeks and then roasted to a medium level. This 3.5 version is a good introduction to a barrel aged coffee as it does not quite taste as whiskey forward as BA 3, but has more characteristics of the barrel and has a very smooth finish.   Vibe: smokey vanilla, hot cocoa, smooth (no alcohol remains after roasting process)
