This tea is from the Huoshan area of Anhui Province China, and was originally grown and provided to the Imperial court in the Tang, Ming and Qing dynasty. The delicate yellow tea buds are picked in early April to provide a high quality brew. Unique, vegetal and lightly sweet, this tea is a must have for the green tea lover! BREWING TIPS:Place 2.5 heaping teaspoons in a tea vessel, and brew with 10 to 11 ounces of boiling water. Steep with a lid on to keep the heat in and extract more flavor.
