Customizable Half Side Beef DEPOSIT KEEP YOUR FREEZER FILLED YEAR ROUND: This customizable half side beef option is our most popular for returning customers. This will be the only beef purchase you need to make all year!  With this side you will have a variety of cuts, chosen by you as you customize your own cut sheet. If you choose this customizable option, rather than use our Dreamers’ Ranch Standard Half Side option (where we do the cut sheet work for you) please note that you are responsible for the cuts and outcome of your half side, as well as the full hanging weight price which could range from 250-325 lbs depending on the animal.  Any additional requests or services rendered by the butcher will also be your responsibility to request and will be charged accordingly (i.e., requesting beef patties).  HELP CUSTOMIZING YOUR CUT SHEET: By appointment, we are happy to help you complete your cut sheet!
