Double Feature Crape Myrtle is a compact reblooming deciduous shrub with an upright habit and exfoliating bark.  The oval dark green leaves emerge deep burgundy.  The heavy blooms of ruby to wine red panicles smother the branches all summer and blooms until the first frost.  Best color in full sun and rich, well-drained acidic soil.  Double Feature has excellent resistant to powdery mildew and leaf spot.
