Blooming Effect Gel is a clear gel with endless design possibilities. Use blooming Effect Gel to create Blooming Roses, Snake Print, Marble and so much more! Directions: Apply 1 even coat of BLOOMING Gel over nail.While the gel is WET apply gel of your choice right on top of wet BLOOMING Gel to create BLOOMING effect.Cure 1 Minute in LED or 2 Minutes in UV Lamp. Top with DYMENAILS HIGH DEFINITION GLOSSY TOPCOAT PRO TIP: Always work on top of the wet Blooming Effect Gel. Do not cure until after you have created your desired Design.
