Cures to a velvet finish. PRO TIP: Never put MATTE directly over Marble Queen Inks. This may smear your inks or even change the color after curing. Make sure you seal in Marble Queen Inks with DYMENAILS Sealing Base Gel first, cure and then apply Ultimate Matte Top Coat.  Ingredients: 2-Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate, Diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) Phosphine Oxide, Poly (dimethylsiloxane), Acrylates Copolymer, Silica Dimethyl Silylate (*There is an ingredient discrepancy on the current label on bottle that is being addressed and will be updated)  Store gels in a cool dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep far away from open flame.
