To steep: Measure about 2 tbs to every 32oz of water. Bring water to a gentle boil. Add measured BALANCE Herb Blend to water, cover and immediately turn off heat. For maximum extraction of properties, let steep for 1hr to overnight. May be stored tightly sealed in fridge for a few days, in glass jar if possible. Excellent for a soothing yoni/ skin steaming and soaking. For clearing, strengthening and regeneration use consistently until done.
