Hot & Sour Soup

Traditional Chinese hot and sour soup that is incredibly easy to make. 1. In a bowl, dissolve contents of the packet with 7oz (200ml) of cold water. Set aside. 2. In a saucepan, boil 21oz (600ml) water over medium heat. 3. Pour dissolved soup mix into boiling water wile stirring constantly until soup is thickened. 4. Add 1 fresh egg and stir gently with a fork until egg is well dispersed. 5. Let soup simmer for 1 minute or until egg is completely cooked. Serves 4.
