Pork & Mushroom soup
Pork and mushroom soup mix is a Chinese style soup. 1. In a bowl, dissolve contents of the packet with 7oz (200 ml) of cold water. 2. Set aside. 3. In a saucepan, boil 21 oz (600 ml) water over medium heat. 4. Pour dissolved soup mix into boiling water while stirring constantly until soup is thickened. 5. Add 1 fresh egg and stir gently with a fork until egg is well dispersed. 6. Let simmer soup for 1 minute or until egg is completely cooked. 7. Serve for 4.
