Pang Sinigang is a traditional Philippines soup dish of Shrimp in Sour Tamarind Soup. This soup base mix can make 2 liters of tamarind soup. 1. Mix and dissolve contents with 10 cups of water in a large pot. 2. Bring to boil and add your choice of shrimp or fish, then vegetable 3. Simmer and let cook until ready. *Important: for pork, beef or poultry sinigang, pour contents of mix when meat is already tender.
