Tea Cultivars Of Taiwan Flight

This tea flight includes five 75g packs of tea made from three different tea cultivars. It's an opportunity to become familiar with three different types of tea that are unique to Taiwan. They are the strains of tea plants that have been cultivated by Taiwan's Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES), as well as one strain that naturally mutated and was subsequently cultivated for its ability to produce exceptionally prolific yields. Each of these strains has its own distinct flavor characteristics, as well as being suitable for making different types of tea. The flight includes each of these three most popular Taiwanese tea cultivars in the form of  lightly oxidized, unroasted Oolongs — made in the fashion of Taiwan's famous High Mountain Tea.
