Logline Wild Planet Foods is a pioneering seafood company that sources its tuna exclusively from pole and line catch fisheries, reducing bycatch and preserving healthy ecosystems while promoting a healthier and more sustainable seafood industry. Director's Note Your client for this short documentary is Whole Foods, who recently awarded Wild Planet, a Global Supplier award. Now the two brands are teaming up to spread awareness about sustainable fishing and farming. Your job is to take nearly four hours of raw (no pun intended) footage and edit together a three-minute promotional video that highlights the company's efforts. Tell the story of Wild Planet founder, Bill Carvalho, who grew up in a family of sustainable farmers. Now, through his company, the family has grown into world-wide corporation spreading their values.
