Join us Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 6:00pm-8:00pm for a cooking class with Chef Birgül ‘Rose’ Duyar. Turkish cuisine is a beautiful marriage between Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Eastern European foods. It largely focuses on fresh herbs and produce, which has gained it notoriety for being one of the healthiest cuisines in the world. Tonight, we will learn how to make Patates Sandal (potato boat). If you are a meat and potatoes kind of person, this is the dish for you! The potatoes are carved out and stuffed with meat, then cooked in a pool of Turkish tomato sauce. Classes typically run for two hours and include all dishes you and the chef prepare. You will be offered a glass of wine and provided with water.
