This Sherry Vinegar is produced from Spanish Palomino grapes that are first pressed into fortified wine and then aged to perfection in a series of white oak casks. Sharp and bright with a slight hint of fruit, it is delicious in dressings and pan sauces or sprinkled on top of a piece of flaky fish.
