This Catuai is one of the two coffees that are blended to make La Huertas. On its own, the coffee's bright and juicy acidity shines while finishing as a beautiful and clean cup with notes of chocolate, raspberry, and goji berries. This is an easy drinker that leaves you wanting more. Carlos Amaya is a young and passionate producer that is accomplishing great things with his coffee. He is the next generation of producer, farming his family land, and working to do so in a sustainable way - we couldn't be more excited to be working with such a great family. In addition to his passion for great coffee he and his family are committed to being positive members within their community, going above and beyond for their workers, while making sure they are all paid fairly.
