Carlos Amaya is a young and passionate producer that is accomplishing great things with his coffee. He is the next generation of producer, farming his family land, and working to do so in a sustainable way - we couldn't be more excited to be working with such a great family. In addition to his passion for great coffee he and his family are committed to being positive members within their community, going above and beyond for their workers, while making sure they are all paid fairly. La Huertas is one of our favorite coffees produced by Carlos. A big and fruity natural made from a blend of Catuai and Borbon, this coffee packs a huge flavor punch! With tasting notes like Mango, Orange Blossom, and Brown sugar this is a special coffee that is sure to get the attention of its drinker.
