The variegated string of hearts (Ceropegia woodii) is a succulent like vining plant in the Apocynaceae family native to South Africa. This popular houseplant has heart shape leaves with variegation of pink and cream on its foliage.  This plant is perfect for hanging planters or a pot with a trellis.   Light: Bright, indirect. South or West facing windows is highly recommended. Temperature: 60-85 Fahrenheit. Soil: Well-draining and airy potting soil like a succulent potting mix. Water: During summer months, let top 2 inches of soil to dry out in between waterings. During winter months, let soil completely dry out. Pet Safe: Yes.
