6-Bar Collection

The Puyallup Chocolates Anthology is a six-bar set presented as a book-style collection. Each bar features artwork on its spine. When arranged together, the six spines form a single salmon, the symbol of the Puyallup Tribe. Inside every wrapper, a printed map marks the land and water of the Puyallup Tribe, a nod to the place that inspires the artwork. All bars are made bean to bar, with inclusions hand-placed, and each bar is hand-wrapped.The ethos is Uncomplicated: clean ingredients, intentional craft, and clarity of flavor.
