1955 Gibson Les Paul Junior

Summary: Starting in 1954, Gibson offered players a simple, affordable take on the Les Paul dubbed the Les Paul Junior. This bare-bones solid body featured one dog-eared P-90 pickup, a stud-mounted bridge, an unbound Rosewood fingerboard, and slab Mahogany body. Body: Mahogany with a Sunburst finish. Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, pearl dot inlays. Pickups/Hardware: One P90 pickup, wraparound tailpiece, master volume/master tone controls, Kluson Deluxe silver button tuning keys. Cosmetics: This guitar has wear that is consistent with an instrument from the ‘50s. It has various nicks, dings and scratches throughout (See Photos Please). The back of the neck has dings and scuffs, and the frets have noticeable wear and are low but not flat. The tuning keys have tarnished.
