Aviary Coffee Water by Christopher Feran

This water profile was designed by Christopher Feran for Aviary Coffee and other very light roasts. In collaboration with Feran, we reproduced his intended mineral profile as a fully-dissolved concentrate set with separate hardness and buffer, for absolute consistency and adjustability. Simply dilute the provided mineral concentrates with zero TDS water. Your first order comes with a transfer pipette, so you can whip up brew water in just seconds. This concentrate set does not include the extraction booster. Customers outside of USA are responsible for duty fees (normally ~$10).
