A fine straight roast produces that nutty, chocolate cup with great body and low acidity. It is also a prime base for high quality espresso and because of it's light body, Italy has been using it for decades in their blends when creating a classic Italian espresso blend. All our imported coffee starts with the highest quality beans. We custom roast, blend and infuse our coffee by hand.
