Chateau Jouclary Rose Cabardès 2024 (Languedoc, France)

Summer in a bottle! This lovely rosé is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Grenache and Cinsault from an appellation - Cabardès- that is required to have 50% Bordeaux "noble" varietals and 50% Mediterranean ones. Resulting in a best of both worlds depth and complexity to their rosé each year. A charming chalky minerality dominates the nose and palate, lifted by wafts of fresh watermelon, strawberry, and orange citrus.
