Domaine de Cassagnoles Blanc 2024 (Côtes de Gascogne, France)

The region of Gascony is known for its great value wines. In the hands of a great winemaker like Gilles Baumann they can even be excellent wines. This refreshing everyday white is a combination of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Sauvignon Blanc. With a little something for every palate in there you'll want to keep some house bottles on hand! We get bright citrus on the nose with a palate of grapefruit, lemon, apple, and quince. A bit of weight and minerality grounds the zippy acidity for a well-balanced wine.
