Pinia Île de Beauté Rosé 2023 (Corsica, France)
Named after Corsica’s largest maritime pine forest, where the lush groves are bordered by both the stunning, white sand coast and the banks of the Urbinu pond, the Pinia rosé truly encapsulates the wild and energetic landscape from which it comes. This 70% Sciaccarellu and 30% Grenache is fresh and aromatic, with vibrant notes of citrus, white stone fruit, and red berries. The palate is bright and sunny, with a lovely touch of acidity and a lingering minerality on the finish. This wine sips as perfectly alongside your favorite meal as it does on the back porch, around the campfire, and of course- at the beach! Food Ideas: Langoustines alla Busara, oysters from Monahan’s, steak frites with aioli, whole Red Snapper stuffed with citrus, veggie lover’s pizza ABV: 12%
