Now in its third generation, Quinto Monteiro de Matos is a family-owned winery located in the Tejo region of central Portugal, just inland from the capital city of Lisbon. Strongly influenced by the Tejo River that runs through the area, the fertile soils present here provide the perfect environment for smooth, easy-drinking wines. The Terras de Paul Vinho is a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Touriga Nacional, and 20% Alicante Bouschet. Juicy dark fruit, black pepper, and smoke meet a well-structured yet pleasantly soft palate. Good acidity helps brighten this rich red blend, leaving it quaffable and welcome at any table.
