Program Details 3 Speed & 3 Strength Sessions/week Equipment Needed: Barbell & plates, running space, bands, dumbbells, adjustable benches, cable machines, back extensions Sport-specific performance programming to refine power, movement efficiency, and on-field explosiveness Built-in load management system to maximize recovery while making consistent strength, speed, and power gains
