The Day Kennedy Was Shot

When I was growing up, my family -- a lot of families -- had a whole shelf of JFK-assassination books, and this had pride of place on that shelf, alongside The Warren Report and Whitewash. I don't think the book has the cachet it used to, but for case-heads, this one's essential.  This particular Book Club hardcover is in decent shape -- not the jacket, so much (it's toned, creased, and looks chewed at the bottom edge), and the pages are toned, particularly the edges. As well, the spine leans back a bit and has a slight twist. But it's got nice clean pages; a fine reading copy, and a look back at what we used to mean when we said "reading in the Kennedy case."
