15.88" x 8" Retrofit Solid Foundation Plate

This plate is designed for remodeling and other post-construction applications, providing a refined and professional appearance for passage through block foundations or wall.  Ideal for HVAC line sets, sump pump pipes, tankless water heater exhausts, conduit, and more.   The plastic plate is 15.88" wide which will slide nicely into a 16" wide opening.  Use mortar or silicone caulk to secure the plate.   Use a hole saw for a clean finished look.
