Our charcuterie platters are a cured meat lover's dream. We will include a selection of salamis, prosciutto, pâté, olives, cornichons, and grain mustard, all freshly garnished with seasonal herbs on a wooden disposable platter. Bread or crackers are included. Enough to serve 10-12 people. PLEASE NOTE: CHARCUTERIE PLATTERS ARE FOR SAME-DAY CONSUMPTION. THE MEAT WILL NOT STORE WELL OVERNIGHT AS IT WILL OXIDIZE AND LOSE COLOR.
