Our small cheese platter has three cheesemonger-selected cheeses, enough to serve 10-12 people. We will vary the textures and milk types. The total weight of cheeses is 1 1/2 lbs. All our platters come with seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, bread, and crackers, and on a wooden disposable platter. PLEASE LEAVE US A NOTE IF YOU ARE SERVING THE PLATTER THE NEXT DAY. IF SO, YOUR CHEESES AND MEATS WILL BE WRAPPED TO PRESERVE FRESHNESS OVERNIGHT.
