Primitive Box with Lye Soap Wire Basket and Heart Hook

This unique primitive wall box with a chunk of olde Lye Soap and a wire basket is our own design. It is just the right size to fit anywhere in your homestead where you would like to add something special boasting primitive charm! Either hung in your Pantry, Buttery, Laundry Room or Necessary Room, you just can't miss! :) The soap box was fashioned from old wood and has a fabulous dark grain that really creates interest to this box. There are plenty of ridges and grooves in the wood that help enhance the workmanship that went into making this piece. The form of this box could not be better as it has a small off center dip in the front that adds so much character to the overall look. The back of the box lends a wonderful distressed appearance and the wood was carefully chosen for this reason. Two separate pieces make up the bottom and fit slightly askew.
