Black Bear: WARNING: looks like a black bear , but acts like a grizzly . Aggressive with a big bite & claws. WE use Organic "Far-North Idaho"  blend of Arabica beans roasted dark and oily ( of Seattle /Starbucks fame ) this brew was crafted to cure hibernation.  At Far-North Coffee we use "Flying Bean Air Roasting " after many years of drum roasting, with not always consistent batches, resulting in many tasteless to bitter and charred beans , we have been experimenting with a better way , after a year of blind taste testing , roaster against roaster , bean against bean , after many over caffeinated sleepless nights , we have unanimously agreed that by choosing the highest grade  AAA premium Arabica and air roasting them with vast amounts of fresh Far-North Idaho air , in small batches , we can promise you one of the freshest and best coffee you've ever had .. Period !
